Signal Integrity Laboratory

The signal integrity lab provides measuring fixtures for the special requirements of large-sized multilayer PCBs to perform four port network analysis. Moreover cable arrangements, connectors, test fixtures, sockets and IC packages can be characterized and evaluated regarding signal integrity. For the development of RF-probes automatical positioning systems are utilized. The design of test fixtures for high speed circuitry is supported by modeling and simulation, especially of test hardware and signal paths, as well as development of suitable analysis algorithms.
