At this year’s IEEE European Radar Conference (EuRAD), the LHFT could celebrate two great successes. Johanna Bräunig won the Young Engineer Prize of EuRAD 2023 with her paper. This award is given to the best publication presented at EuRAD by young junior scientists. She was awarded for her conference paper “A Realistic Radar Ray Tracing Simulator for Hand Pose Imaging”.

Additionally, Marcel Hoffmann has also made it to the final round for the EuRAD Young Engineer Prize with his contribution “Implementation of Real-Time Automotive SAR Imaging”!
