Benedikt Dorbath from the Institute of Microwaves and Photonics (LHFT) has received an award for his outstanding presentation at the 4th Symposium on Materials Technology 2021. The award was given for the presentation on the publication: “Innovative drahtlose Sensorkonzepte für das in-situ Monitoring von Aushärtevorgängen in Epoxidharzsystemen und Faserverbundbauteilen” by the authors: Benedikt Dorbath, Jannis Groh, Jan Schür, Martin Vossiek.

The Symposium on Materials Engineering, which is organized every two years by the Clausthal Center for Materials Engineering (CZM), is characterized by research contributions from the fields of materials science and materials engineering and, as a special feature, also takes into account interdisciplinary research aspects that are dedicated to issues from the field of materials engineering.
